Ninety per cent of IT workers think they can do a better job than their boss,
compared with only 62 per of employees overall, according to a survey of 500
jobseekers.
Recruitment web site Planet Recruit conducted the research and suggested
three tips for IT professionals hoping to further their careers.
They are advised to volunteer for projects, go the extra mile to demonstrate
potential for growth, think flexibly about their next career move and look
outside their company.
