You can read RSS feeds on your PC and there is plenty of software on this site that will allow you to do so.
This software, however, makes it possible for you to receive RSS feeds direct to your PocketPC, either via a wireless connection to the internet or via synchronisation with your PC.
A ggod range of RSS feeds is included with the program, and adding your own couldn't be easier. It will even let you download podcasts for listening to when out and about.
